“W-Well…” he slowly looked up and gazed at her.
“Um well, can you tell me w-where I am?” he asked as he blinked up at her.
Her face fell a little in confusion. Did he have memory troubles? She looked worriedly at him as she spoke.
“Nimbasa City…It’s pretty hard to not recognise this place, so I’m assuming that you’ve never been here before?”
“N-Nimbasa…C-City?” he asked blinking and tilting his head. He had never heard of that place. “It’s not in…H-Hoenn is it?”

He bit his lip, but slowly rose his hand to shake hers. After a few seconds he pulled back and looked around. “Wh-Where am I?”
Bree looked around and smiled, “seems you wandered into the Viridian forest, In Kanto.” she wasn’t completely sure, but it seemed like he wasn’t in Kanto before their meeting.
“Kanto….” he gazed around her, before looking up at the sky. So that’s where he had managed to end up. “Oh I see. Cool.”

“O-Oh well…I-I uh…I don’t really know. I-It’s just that…well…” he lowered his head quickly and looked down at the ground again. He was at a loss as to what to say.
She spoke much softer, noting how awkward he appeared to be feeling.
“Are you lost? Do you need some help getting home?”
She wondered whether she could help him or not, though she would try her best to do so anyway.

”Hm..” She spent a moment looking at the area around. “Maybe you can check around in that flat land right over there and see if there’s any Pokemon worth ta be checked out— ya know.” Saph rose her hand and pointed to the area a bit west from them.
“I’ll search around these hills here”, she said as she pointed to the bumpy hills a bit east. “Heh, then we can complete Papa’s work easier, too!”, she finished off with a nod and grin.
Blinking he nodded rather quickly and without a word he went over to the flat land that she had pointed at. At first he was confused at how he could get the pokemon…until he realized he had Ruby’s pokedex still with him.
Pulling it out, he flipped it open. “Alright…l-let’s do this…” he whispered to himself as he began to look. Biting his lip, he looked over to where Sapphire had gone, before doing his own looking.

She was scanning a Pokemon with her PokeDex when she heard her name and turned around, curiously, and looked at a green haired boy making his way to her. Sapphire placed a grin on her face and waved excitedly at him, “WALLY!!”
She stopped waving and walked towards him, too, and put her hand out to shake, “I’m good. Helpin’ Papa with some field work and adding some nearby Pokemon into m’Pokedex.” Saph nodded.
Shaking her hand he quickly pulled back and tilted his head. “Oh?” he asked. Biting his lip, he looked down at the ground, before quickly looking up at her.
“Do you maybe need any help?” he asked. He was awfully curious about what she was doing.

A soft shaky gasp escaped out of Wally as his eyes were wide and shining as they gazed up at her. “I-I’m W-Wally…” he whispered, his voice shaky. He wasn’t sure if he had even said that yet or not.
She smiled brightly down at him and stepped a way a little to give him some space.
“It’s lovely to meet you, Wally! I’m Elesa, Gym Leader of Nimbasa City and top model from Unova.”
